Danny O'Sullivan
Mr. O'Sullivan began his real estate career in 1973 at Walker and
Lee, a major new home marketer in the western states. In 1983, he joined
Long and Foster as Vice President and General Manager of their new homes
division. With these two companies, Mr. O'Sullivan has supervised the
sales and marketing of over 2,000 developments in 10 states generating
in excess of $15 billion dollars worth of new home sales. A Member of
the Institute of Residential Marketing, he is a life director of the
Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and currently serves
as the Chairman of their annual New Homes Festival.
Roger
Dreeben
Mr. Dreeben, a graduate of Penn State, started in the building
industry as a salesman and construction worker learning the business
from the ground up. He began a long career with Lewis and Silverman
Real Estate in 1967 as a new home sales manager rising to the position
of Managing Partner and CEO until 1992 when his company merged with
Long and Foster. Since then he has served as Vice President in charge
of the Maryland New Homes Division and the company wide director of
the Guaranteed Sales and Lease Program
Kenny Light
Mr. Light, Senior Marketing Manager, has been a
new home specialist in the Washington D.C. area for the past twenty years.
A University of Maryland graduate, Mr. Light began his real estate career in the
general brokerage area before moving into the new homes specialty. Mr. Light has
won the Manager of the Year award for Long and Foster for the past four years.

Barbara has been a full-time professional Licensed Realtor
since 1979 and having lived in Maryland since 1961. Gene Shaw was
licensed since 1999. Specializing in New Home/Re-sale homes throughout

from contract to Settlement.
Karen
King
Karen, a native Washingtonian, has practiced new and resale
residential, as well as commercial real estate in the Washington,
D.C. metropolitan area since 1996. She is an alumnus of North Carolina
State University, Raleigh, N.C., Howard University, Washington, D.C.
and University of Long & Foster, Calverton, MD. Karen brings entrepreneurial
experience in finance, information technology and service. She has
